the low-carbohydrate diet and
the crash diet
Each diet can be divided into one of the above categories. The main types have certain characteristics. It is good to know these characteristics. Lose weight with a protein diet

The crash diet is characterized by the low number of calories. This means that a protein or low-carbohydrate diet can also be a crash diet. Back to basics
As the description indicates, you go back to the basics. This means that you assume your current eating habits and adjust them so that you do not get more calories daily than necessary. Often you can realize this by allowing snacks, more exercise, less fat and high sugar-rich food to consume etc.

The big advantage of this form of dieting is that you adjust your eating habits during the diet. If you manage to get used to the adjusted eating habits, then such a diet can be maintained. Fruit diet

You will not consume fats during this day. A fat-free diet consists of many protein-rich products, bread and fruit.

Hospital diet
The hospital diet can best be compared to the crash diet. The hospital diet was used in hospitals to quickly lose some kilos before surgery. Later it has been observed by experts that the hospital diet is unhealthy because you lack a lot of essential nutrients. In short, unhealthy and we therefore recommend this diet.

Soup diet
During the soup diet you will only eat specific soup that is focused on fat burning. You can alternate periods of a week of soup with two days to a week of normal food. Also for this diet, it is unhealthy to eat soup every day. That is why variety is necessary.

The soup diet has the advantage that you can eat unlimited soup so you do not feel hungry. Experience shows that you can quickly lose 5 kilos in one week. The disadvantage of this diet is that your intestines are likely to protest, for this you can best eat a muesli bar or for example a yakult.
